Search Option Buttons:

- Abbr button : Searches abbreviations that match from the beginning (e.g. search keyword BBB wont show LBBB)
- Abbr+ button : Searches abbreviations that dont match from the beginning as well (e.g. search keyword BBB will show LBBB and RBBB)

Wikipedia:

- All Wikipedia definitions are saved in the device for instant offline access
- When exact search keyword is not available on Wikipedia, there may be a redirection to related content by Wikipedia or this app

Update:
- New abbreviations are added on a regular basis
